Terms and Conditions: 

1. All services provided by Walkers Land Management are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all documentation related to a service request is accurate and complete before submitting it to Walkers Land Management.

3. Customer shall inform Walkers Land Management immediately if there are any changes or errors in customer’s submitted documents or service request details prior to commencement of work on the project. 

4. The customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the requested services within 30 days of invoice date or as otherwise agreed upon between Walkers Land Management and the customer in writing. 

5. In case of delay or cancellation of the project, payment terms may be renegotiated at Walkers Land Management's discretion, but no refunds shall be given for any payments made prior to such negotiation. 

6. Walkers Land Management  reserves the right to terminate a project at any time without notice, should it fail to meet our company standards or upon receipt of a formal complaint from a customer about underage workers being used on site or other illegal materials being used during works conducted by Ground FX contractors or subcontractors..
